My mental health has been poor over the last several months. I've chosen to put myself first and have decided to restructure my company, scaling it back to three days a week. For some, that may be the dream, but for me, I'm feeling lost while still pushing forward.

After 18 months without drinking, I started again. But the biggest change is that I no longer think about alcohol. During those 18 months, I did every kind of social event sober and untangled my association between alcohol and fun. Now I get excited to go out to dinner with friends, and two years on, that is still true.
